What to expect when you arrive for your session:
On your arrival, we will have a chat about what is going on in your life and
what you want to improve or achieve on your journey of self help.
It gives me the chance to get to know you a little. Plus it gives you a chance
to ‘off load’ if you have had a busy day. I always like to give my clients time
before and after sessions to talk about how they are feeling; we talk about
the good things going on as well as the stressful things. We can discuss
anything you want at your sessions; it’s your time.

During the Reiki treatment you remain fully clothed; you just remove your
shoes. You lie on a massage table, and the curtains are closed. The lights are
turned down. Music will be playing. If you wish, you can have a blanket.

All you have to do is close your eyes, relax and focus on your breathing.
There is an option to wear noise cancelling headphones in your session as
well.

I do hands on Reiki. I place my hands on you. I start by balancing the chakras within your body.

Medical Excemptions
You cannot have Reiki if you have a pacemaker fitted, or have Epilepsy, if you are pregnant in your first trimester, or have a recent broken bone. You can however still have Angelic Reiki and Crystal therapy.

Please do let me know if you have any medical conditions, such as if you require an inhaler, as well as if you have any allergies, particularly if you are allergic to animals as this is an animal friendly home.

Cancellation Policy
● Anyone cancelling 1:1 appointments 48 hours or less before the
appointment time, will be required to pay the full appointment cost.
● I will not book you in for a further appointment until full payment has
been received for the missed appointment.
● A deposit of £20 is to be paid at time of making an appointment, this
is to hold that time and date for you. This is non refundable.
● The rest of payments for treatment sessions must be received 48
hours in advance, either by cash or bank transfer and before the
session starts.
● Reiki Attunements – A 50% non refundable deposit will be required at
time of booking these courses. Students cancelling courses 7 days or
less before the course start time will be required to pay the full cost
of the course.
● Emergencies will be taken into consideration and where appropriate
the deposit can be transferred to another date. However, please note
that this is subject to my diary and what I have on already. So it may
not be possible.
● Workshops – Payment for workshops is in advance and is not
refundable. Payment should be received one week prior to the
workshop date.
● Journaling Group – Payment for this should be 2 working days before;
via bank transfer (BACS), unless otherwise agreed with Andrea. Cancellation
of attendance needs to be 48 hours in advance. Monies not refundable.
● Meditation group – Payment is due 2 working days before, unless
otherwise agreed with Andrea. Cancellation of attendance needs to
be 48 hours in advance, and there is no refund.

General Terms
By accessing and booking a session with 4 44 Healing, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and 4 44 Healing.

Under no circumstances shall the 4 44 Healing team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if the 4 44 Healing team or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

4 44 Healing will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by 4 44 Healing, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by England and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of 4 44 Healing, unless and except as is expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.

Notice of Dispute
In the event of a dispute, you or 4 44 Healing must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to: info.444healing@gmail.com. 4 44 Healing will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and 4 44 Healing will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, you or 4 44 Healing may commence arbitration.
